[Wannier] Problem integrating Wannier90 2.1 with ABINIT

Hi Carissa,

I haven't actually tried building ABINIT with Wannier90 2.1, but it's 
possible you have to replace the md5 checksum for Wannier90 in the 
ABINIT source code as detailed here: 
http://z2pack.ethz.ch/doc/2.1/tutorial/installation.html#abinit-setup
