<p>I haven't actually tried building ABINIT with Wannier90 2.1, but
it's possible you have to replace the md5 checksum for Wannier90
in the ABINIT source code as detailed here: <a
href="http://z2pack.ethz.ch/doc/2.1/tutorial/installation.html#abinit-setup">http://z2pack.ethz.ch/doc/2.1/tutorial/installation.html#abinit-setup</a></p>
