[QE-users] actual QE6.7 version released?

Well, a "q-e-6.7MAX-Release" got tagged, no idea what the MAX means and it
confuses people like me who monitor the tags for new releases based on
the historical "q-e-$VER" scheme.

I'd like to know as well.
