[Q-e-developers] make.sys for the new machine: IDRIS - ADA

Yes, I agree with you, I did add the instruction to run a proper configure
in this case, although the result is not exactly the same it is
functionally equivalent.

However there is a case when this is impossible: if the compiler is more
than one word (i.e. "mpfort -compiler ifort") there is no way (known to me)
to have configure understand that. To be clear: adding the options in
FFLAGS does not help. The only solution I have is to write a small wrapper
script, but it's not 100% satisfactory.
