[Wannier] momentum operator matrix

Hello,

Concerning the matrix elements of the momentum operator, that are  
mentioned here,

Is this the delHH matrix in wham_get_deleig_a routine in wan_ham.F90?

This seems like dH/dk, whereas p^ is more like d/dx.
