[Wannier] Tuning Hamiltonian in Wannier90

Dear Rio,

I think the Hamiltonian matrix element in seedname_hr.dat is <WF_i, 0|H|WF_j, 
b>, where b is nearest neighbour or nest nearest neighbour R.
