[QE-users] Cholesky Decomposition Error

Hello,

I am trying to perform a scf calculation for a high entropy oxide, but I
keep running into the following error:

Error in routine  pdpotrf (1):
problems computing cholesky decomposition

I have tried a couple of things to no avail:
-Increasing the ecutwfc to 75
-Changing the diagonalization to cg
-Making my own PAW pseudopotentials using the PBE solver
-Replacing Eu with other elements

Do you have any ideas as to what the issues could be? The structure was
relaxed in VASP, so my thought process is simply that the positions are
"bad"/result in a rounding error within the numerical techniques used by
QE. If this is the case, what is the fix? Thanks!
