[QE-users] Impossible to download pseudopotential for QE test-suite

The problem was alredy solved by a switch from Windows download engine
to  a cygwin64 native engine anyway ...
Btw. the database on this link does not contain all pseudopotentials requred to run the QE tests anyway ...

According to the update record here [1]:

It indicates that this is a rather outdated website that has not been maintained for many years. So, users should not be advised to use it as an assistant.

The cygwin64 was using the Windows version of curl ...

After installing the cygwin64 native version of curl (not default part of cygwin64 installation)

the QE pseudo download works with original scripts without any modification ...

PS. To have a Windows binary version of QE 7.0 will be very useful. My effort to make one

by cgwin64  is only partially successful ...
