According to the update record here [1]:

Update (4/27/2012) - The database includes over 1100 pseudopotential or PAW
files. Pseudopotentials are available for Abinit, Quantum Espresso, Qbox,
and Siesta.
```

It indicates that this is a rather outdated website that has not been
maintained for many years. So, users should not be advised to use it as an
assistant.
