[QE-users] [PROVENANCE INTERNET] Issue with Fermi energies during a nscf calculation withSOC

It took me some time ... but I can confirm that there is a problem in the
restart of 'Force theorem' calculations, that will be fixed in the next
release. Thank you for reporting this
