[QE-users] `make all` failed to generate pw_export.x.

It seems the greping's results of mine included the intermediate files
generated by the compiling progress. No, I run the `git clean -xdf`
and the result is as follows:

$ grep -nR 'pw_export.x' .
./Doc/release-notes:528:        line (r13121); crash in pw_export.x"
due to dumb error (r13189);


So, it's clean already.
