[QE-users] `make all` failed to generate pw_export.x.

Dear all,

I noticed that a month ago when wanted to experiment with WanT (one of
its examples actually WanTs to use pw_export.x).
I naively modified the Makefile (attached) in PP/src and the code
compiled, the example completed.
