If IB drivers and OFED/MOFED are correcty installed, the MPI library will detect it and run MPI traffic on Infiniband. If not, it will use ethernet (assuming there is ethernet)

It is like run the normal PW, you enable the parallel mode ("--enable-parallel") and use MPI run. Keep MPI ranks same numbers as GPU.
