[Pw_forum] on hybrid functionals with spin-orbit coupling

Hi, all:

I found in the previous mailing lists that hybrid functionals were not
compatible with spin-orbit coupling.
Is hybrid functionals still incompatible with spin-orbit coupling.
I am using norm-conserving pseudopotentials.
