Dear Q. E. developers and users,

First of all i want to congratulate the new Cristian's year 2014. I wish
this year will be better than previous one and peaceful for all nations.
There is an specific formulation for the Rashba spin-orbit term in the
Graphene which is known as the Kane and Mele model. I know that the Rashba
term is an extrinsic spin-orbit which is related to the presence of
external electric field or the substrate. Also, i know that we can study
the intrinsic spin-orbit coupling by Q. E.

Is it possible to study the role of Rashba term in the structures by using
the Q.E. ?

Thanks for your reply,

Best,
