[Pw_forum] Dielectric constant of metal oxides

Dear All Users


I want to calculate the dielectric constant of metal oxide for LO -TO
calculation of PHONON. Since it has odd no. of electrons it is treated like
conductor even its a insulator. Please suggest some methods in which I can
calculate the dielectric constant.
