Dear All Users<br><br><br>I want to calculate the dielectric constant of metal oxide for LO -TO calculation of PHONON. Since it has odd no. of electrons it is treated like conductor even its a insulator. Please suggest some methods in which I can calculate the dielectric constant.<br>
