the new version (coming soon) is somewhat clearer. Note 
that you need to understand the conversion process of a
pseudopotential in semi-local form into the non-local 
form used by all modern plane-wave codes. Clear documentation 
is not a replacement for clear ideas, nor can it produce 
the needed information that is not contained in the original 
file.
