[Pw_forum] where to find the difference bwtween new pre-release 4.0CVS version and older

mainly i am trying to computing ramman intensity.if 4.0 cvs has
improvement in this section ,
of course i will try the new one .
is there any one have paw ,such as O,H.
i will be grateful!
