[Pw_forum] Inconsistencies within Example07 and PWGUI

unfortunately PWgui has fallen a little bit behind the evolution
of the input file (where "evolution" stands for "the never-ending
addition of new input variables at the read of one per week or so")

it is not really a conflict because the latter implies the former.
trans=.false. and ldisp=.true., that would be a conflict. Thank
