[Pw_forum] Inconsistencies within Example07 and PWGUI

Several observations.PWGUI does not recognize the pw.x namelist tag la2F.
Example07 "tolerates" the conflict in the input to ph.x between trans =
.true. and ldisp = .true., apparently accepting the latter.
