[Pw_forum] ifc 8.0 and PWSCF 2.0.0 - finally works?

sort of: PWscf was modified to run with v.8 of Intel compiler.
Look for "ifc8" in PW/neb_routines.f90, for instance. The
ballistic conductance code (PWCOND) doesn't work for
me, but works for other people. Everything else seems 
to work properly with ifc8.
