It's a little bit tricky: they are called in Modules/berry_phase.f90,
the sources are in clib/indici.c as LN_*. LN_* is pre-preprocessed 
(see clib/cp.h) to something else. Why? because passing C to 
fortran or vice versa is a machine-dependent mess.
