[QE-developers] mpi_init test for parallel env

Is the test for openmpi in lines 6204 onwards in QE-7.4 configure file 
still appropriate for use with the current hpc_sdk, standing alone as 
the source of compilers, cuda and openmpi? [Relevant to use in Ubuntu 
inside WSL2]

If so, precisely where should LD_LIBRARY_PATH or LIBS point to find the 
right mpi_init ? Configure doesn't find it after using the standard 
setup for hpc_sdk, and it isn't clear which file is to be fetched.

Apologies if this doesn't meet the right criteria for this channel of 
communication.
