This is strange. Try the following in the terminal:

tclsh
package require Iwidgets

What do you get?


Anyway, you can try to use the pwgui standalone binary instead, which
is available here:
http://www-k3.ijs.si/kokalj/pwgui/download/pwgui-7.0-linux-x86_64.zip

(unzip and it's ready to be used)
