[Q-e-developers] qe package

Filippo,

I'm not an expert, but I wonder if there could be some simple mechanism 
that allow to download
automatically the missing packages whenever they are requested, ensuring 
the proper place and version.
Something similar to what happen in linux distro with tools like apt-get.
So that command like: "make ph"  trigger the download of the package (if 
not present) from a remote repo,
or suggest the proper manual actions to be done if internet connection 
is not present in the target system
