[Q-e-developers] Unused variables

Does anybody know about the following undocumented input variables?

PW
    lcalc_z2
    z2_m_threshold
    z2_z_threshold
   phase_control
   efield_phase
CP
  tefield2
  epol2
  efield2
The first three are unused, the remaining are used but it is not clear
for what purpose. In the absence of answers and of documentation, I'll
proceed to delete them.
