[Q-e-developers] Add names of packages' maitainers to "install/plugins_list"

Hi Paolo,
as far as there is a makefile target that cleans everything to the level
of the pristine distribution, I am happy with that... I'll revert the
cleaning or want,yambo archive tarballs to that
