[Q-e-developers] UPF format

I have been notified that there is an inconsistency in the definition of
units of the UPF format, found here:
http://www.quantum-espresso.org/pseudopotentials/unified-pseudopotential-format/
Where does this file come from? it doesn't look the same as the
"original" documentation mentioned here:
www.quantum-espresso.org/wp-content/uploads/Doc/UPF-format.odt
