[Q-e-developers] QE 5.1 compiling problems and GWL

Version 5.1 is not yet released: hopefully it will be thursday 
next week. Once everything is ready, the download of packages 
not included in the base distribution will be automatic. Until 
then, you have to manually download the packages and to put them 
into archive/. GWL can be found in GWW-5.1*.tar.gz.
