[Wannier] Unable to reproduce Si tutorial results

Thank you very much for replying and bringing different definitions of X to
my notice. After correcting X to 0.50000  -0.50000 0.0000 in win file, the
fitting is changed as expected but not exact (figure attached). I truly
appreciate your further suggestions.

Shouldn't this be corrected in tutorial example as well, or I am still not
understanding?
