[Wannier] Making changes in output hopping parameter and onsite energy

Dear wannier90 developers and users,

I am trying to use the tight-binding parameters generated by wannier90 for
further calculations. I wish to change the hopping parameter and onsite
energy in the generated output. A similar thing has been done here

I would be grateful for your help or any suggestions.
