[Wannier] hr.dat file not written

Dear members of the Wannier90 community,

I am trying to run compute topological invariants on Bi2Se3 (bulk and layered systems) using the wannier-tools package. For that I need to use wannier90 to write down a file with the Hamiltonian matrix, seename_hr.dat. I have followed the available wannier90 tutorials and the user guide, but so far at the end of every run this file is missing. In fact, no plot files are written by the code, but the output file has no error messages.

I attach to this email the input and output files I’m using for both QE and wannier90. I gladly await for any help you can give.
