[Wannier] error in pw2wannier90.x run

Hi everyone,
I am using Quantum espresso 6.6 to interface with wannier90 3.0 code. I ran example10 of graphite without any changes. First the scf and then the nscf were done without any problems. Then, I executed the wannier90.x -pp code, according to the tutorial and got the nnkp file. when I ran pw2wannier90.x I got this error:

Reading nscf_save data

     Reading xml data from directory:

     ./gh.save/
     Message from routine qexsd_readschema :
     xml data file ./gh.save/data-file-schema.xml not found

 %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
     Error in routine read_xml_file (1):
     fatal error reading xml file

     stopping ...
Would anyone please give me some suggestions on how to solve this problem?
