I just created a PR to fix this: https://github.com/wannier-developers/wannier90/pull/290
If all tests pass (as they should) this will get merged and be available in the next minor release of W90.

In kslice.F90, the code tries to use an array before it gets allocated.
The faulty line is
bnddataunit(n) = io_file_unit()
It is interesting to note that bnddataunit seems to not be used in the code.
