[Wannier] Reg. choice of inner and outer energy windows of Wannier-90 code

Dear W90 experts,

      Is there any thumb rule to choose inner and outer energy windows 
initially for generating MLWF's? Generally I choose energy values near 
to Fermi level since my interest is on low energy properties. But I have 
no idea about outer energy window.

      Any help will be very much appreciable.
