[Wannier] The unit of anomalous Hall conductivity in wannier90 is S/cm, how to convert this unit to e2/h?

Hi all,The unit of anomalous Hall conductivity in wannier90 is  "S/cm". But commonly people use  e2/h in the paper. Can you please guide me,  how to convert "S/cm"  to "e2/h"? I need your help in this regard. Thank You in advanceBest Regds,Mate
