[Wannier] [Sang] symmetry adapted wannier function and initial projectors

Dear Wannier90 community.

I have two questions on the symmetry adapted wannier functions.
1) When we use this feature, should initial WFs in wannier.amn preserve the
symmetry of the materials? (what if the initial wannier function is from
random projection)
2) What does it mean by "site_symmetry option cannot be used in conjunction
with the inner (frozen) energy window"?
