[Wannier] symmetrize_ukirr: not converged

[Riemann Derakhshan]

Dear  wannier90 developers and users,

I'm running symmetry adaptive calculations for graphene, in the last step
of calculation by running the command "wannier90.x Gr ", I've faced with
this error:

symmetrize_ukirr: not converged
Error: examine the output/error file for details

Would You do a favor by providing me with any guidance to fix it? any help
is appreciated. also herewith I've attached my input file for Your
consideration.
