[Wannier] Choosing parameters for quantum transport

Hi

I'm investigating quantum transport in 1D system.
I'm wondering how we can choose these parameter???

dist_cutoff
translation_centre_frac
tran_num_bb

I readed user_guide, but i'm not sure how I can choose these parameter??
