[Wannier] Wannier orbitals optimized in one direction

Hi all,

The Wannier orbitals maximumally localized along only one direction was
described in this reference Phys. Rev. Lett. 97, 107602 (2006). However I
can not find any description on this feature in the current Wannier90 code.
Is this feature been implemented and released?
