[Wannier] bands_plot_mode

Dear all,

I was wondering what is the difference between using the S-K and the cut
methods to interpolate band structures. Also, why in the cut scheme, the
code does not include dividing the phase factor by the number of degeneracy
points for each m-p kpoint.
