[Wannier] about disentanglement

Hello everyone
I have a little question about disentanglement which confused me for a
while.

After the disentanglement procedure ,the program will pick up
some appropriate states to construct Wannier function. So I suppose
"Eigenvalues inside optimal subspace" should be equal to some of  "Original
eigenvalues inside outer window" , but I found they are not equal.
So, is it ok to be "not equal"? if not, how can I reduce the error?
