[QE-users] LOBSTER Alternative Tool for Norm-Conserving hgh Pseudopotential

Dear Quantum Espresso users,

I checked out LOBSTER 5.1.1 and I found that it only supports PAW potential. I can only use norm-conserving hgh pseudopotential for my own purposes. Is there any alternative tool like LOBSTER that I can use?
