Macports provide both itk and iwidgets that are needed for PWgui. In
contrast, homebrew has neither (the itk package on homebrew is not
related to Tcl/Tk).

If you have different flavors of Tcl/tk installed on you mac, take care
that the macports version is used, otherwise itk/iwidgets will not be
found
