[QE-users] Compile error of QE-7.4.1

Dear All, 

I try to compile QE-7.4.1 using make pw, but am facing the following error.

fatal: unable to access 'https://gitlab.com/max-centre/components/devicexlib.git/': gnutls_handshake() failed: Error in the pull function.
fatal: 'FETCH_HEAD' is not a commit and a branch 'recorded_HEAD' cannot be created from it
