more exactly: I could reproduce, using the latest (development) version 
of QE, the results you obtained with QE v.6.4.1. So it is not a 
version-dependent problem, but a system-dependent one. By the way: with 
a smaller cutoff and k-point grid, all three components of the 
dielectric tensors become very large and the anomaly disappears as well!
