[QE-users] The switch: "determine_num_pert_only"

Dear QE Developers,

Hi.
Kindly, I am using QE-7.1-Dev. In the code hp.x I noticed the switch "determine_num_pert_only = .true." does not work,
and no "$PREFIX.Hubbard_parameters.dat" is generated.
Any comments is highly appreciated.
