[QE-users] Error message when running ./configure

Dear Developers/Users of QE,

I am a new user of QE. I am having an issue when running the configure
script.
The message is

error: cannot find input file: 'install/make_lapack.inc.in'

This file seems to be in place. Should I change something?
I am working with Ubuntu on Windows 10.
Does anybody know how to resolve the issue?
