[QE-users] Compilation Error for QE 6.8 on MacOS 11.5

Some linkers try to resolve ALL symbols, even if they are not linked
anywhere. Unless you need those utilities, edit upflib/Makefile, replace
the line
   all : libupf.a virtual_v2.x upfconv.x casino2upf.x
with
  all : libupf.a
